B O O K I N G S:

• Creative fees are payable when you make your booking. Your chosen date is not secured until your creative fee is paid in full.​

• Newborn sessions will be scheduled based on your expected due date.​

• Creative Fees are non-refundable if you cancel your session, however you can reschedule at no charge with a minimum 48 hours notice.​

• Creative fee does not include any prints, heirloom products or digital files. Products and collections are purchased separately during your design and ordering appointment.

O R D E R S:

• Orders will be finalised and paid in full at your design and ordering appointment. ​

• Design appointments are held approximately 7-14 days after your session.​

• The studio accepts Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard, as well as interest free payment plans.​

• All orders are final and no cooling off period will apply.​

• All pricing is subject to change without notice, however prices current at the time of booking/payment of your creative fee will be honoured. ​

• Any additional credit must be redeemed during your design appointment or forfeited. Credit can not be carried over to another session.​

• Orders will be available for collection 3-4 weeks after your viewing and ordering appointment. You will be contacted to arrange a collection time when your order arrives.

G I F T   V O U C H E R S:

• Vouchers can not be transferred or redeemed for cash.​

• Only one voucher per family per calendar year.​

• Credit from multiple vouchers can not be combined in a single session.​

• Gift vouchers must be activated online within 4 weeks of the issue date. You then have 12 months to book your session unless otherwise stated.​

• Any additional credit must be used at the design appointment or forfeited.​

G E N E R A L:

• Stacey McCarthy Photography retains copyright on all images, however a full print release will be provided with all digital files.​

• Permission for Stacey McCarthy Photography to use any photograph taken for promotional, advertising or competition purposes will be granted as part of your portrait agreement unless otherwise agreed upon.
